Prior to submitting your request, please review the SF State Data Directory. If you are unable to locate the information you are looking for, please complete the Data Request Form below.
We will review your request within 5 business days and contact you regarding the feasibility of your requested deadline. We generally try to answer requests within two weeks depending on complexity and staff availability. Please give us as much notice as possible when requesting data. Our office may contact you discuss the request in detail.
